Roger is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with over 40 years-experience in the property profession within the public, corporate and private practice sectors having advised numerous large FTSE100 companies during his career including Halifax plc, HBOS plc, Lloyds Banking Group plc, Heathrow Airport and, latterly, Tesco plc.

Roger’s qualifications include:

• Bachelor of Education
• Post-Graduate Diploma in Estate Management
• Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
• RICS Registered Valuer
• Fellow of The Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation
• Member of The Rating Surveyors Association

Sarah-Jayne is a Chartered Commercial Property Surveyor with over 10 years-experience within the corporate sector and specialises in Lease advisory and all matters relating to business leases/tenancies under Part 2 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
