An additional £4.6bn of financial assistance has been announced by Chancellor, Rishi Sunak, with one-off grants of up to £9,000 offered to the retail, hospitality and Leisure sectors. These grants will fall within the already established guidelines:

•             For properties with Rateable Values (RV) below £15,000 – Grant of £4,000.
•             For properties with RV’s between £15,000 and £51,000 – Grant of £6,000.
•             For properties with RV’s above £51,000 – Full grant of £9,000.

These grants are in addition to those already made in March 2020 and November 2020. Please note that there are numerous Local Restrictions Support Grants available for national and local lockdowns during the Covid-19 pandemic some of which are sector specific and others are at the discretion of each local authority.
